GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING SESSIONS
Fulfilling life means intuitively discerning 'what’s next - what’s best.
- Appointments can be scheduled as desired regular on a weekly basis or irregular, whenever in need for clarity and inspiration.
- Strengthening intuition ensures the right pace, even distraction is contribution.
- No accumulated files or set time goals; the aim is well-being through life's natural process.
- Progress, valuable growth steps and potential self sabotage will be monitored, though not communicated unless essential.
- Standard fees apply.
EXCLUSIVE COUNSELING
Challenging times call for consistent support; following the trauma of personal or parental shock, a crisis trajectory can be arranged.
- Credere offers 24/7 support to help navigate sudden abandonment, unexpected revelations or significant often undesired life changes.
- A two-month adjustment period helps ease the initial shock and enables adaptation to new circumstances, beginning a recovery opportunity.
- Support via phone, email or chat can be scheduled as needed daily between 9 am - 7 pm.
- After approx. 2 months, or sooner if desired, we'll assess the frequency.
- Monthly 12/7 options require prior discussion. Reduced fees apply.
CONSULTATIONS HOURS
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 to 13:30.
- In a crisis, summarize your issue in one sentence or list key points.
- Indicate desired response time for urgent matters. Expect response within 30 minutes during consultation hours and, if marked as crisis, asap but at least within two hours.
- Credere focuses on understanding each situation to provide clear, effective guidance. Claircognizant insights may enhance the analysis after initial advice.

FAMILY CONSULTATION - CRISIS
Credere believes that our current mental healthcare system victimizes those who are healthy and, due to complexities of symptoms, excludes those who are severely hurt. Credere consciously offers individual and parental care to those exhibiting behaviors that offload to despair, suffering from the following symptoms and traits, progresses from age 7 to 17 and beyon

- At very early age witty and quick to learn, showcasing natural leadership with peers.
- Responses that are overly mature for age or not growing up like peers. Wise comments or observations, easily recognize other ones difficulties beyond normal comprehension.
- Ongoing amazed. Extremely observative and quiet.
- Seem to effortlessly excel without the need for formal learning. Frustrated after failing at first attempt. Shame when corrected.
8 up
- Normal developing seems to occur, do experience occasionally sleep or control issues.
- Anxious for sleepovers, friends, new teachers, unexpected insignificant changes in routines but manageable.
- Easily startled, happy around some, quiet around others, stronger emotional responses to seemingly small affairs.
14 up
- Consistently feel misunderstood, show frustration on a continous basis. Too silent, dark eyed, easily startled. Triggers easily on small things and changes.
- Experiencing on and of depression unnoticed. Regular episodes of jealousy guided by emotional turmoil which parents cannot guide to solve properly.
17 up
- Struggling with substance abuse. Skipping school and refusing boundaries. Grades still can be sufficient.
- Struggling with food, dieting, and intense body insecurities—too thin or too heavy. Often home alone or constantly away, disconnected and keeping to oneself from an early age.
- Frequently bored and disappointed.
- Struggling with self-harm and challenges in emotional regulation.
- Putting others at risk due to emotional outbursts and dissociation.

17 up
- Facing significant psychiatric challenges that necessitate inpatient treatment.
- Lack the ability to live independently and deal with a personality disorder that presents specific treatment obstacles.
Even when a master in masking at one point t least some secundary symptoms will arise. While direct solutions like medication and hospitalization can seem a quick fix they are counterproductive. Parents and caregivers gain from professional guidance to develop essential skills. Ignoring issues or opting for quick fixes may seem easier but worsen long-term challenges, leading to lifelong struggles. Ideally, these journeys should be led by the parents/caretakers themselves to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
