MOTIVATION
Resignation
At some point in our journey, we experience a shift. After spiritual insight, turmoil, or ongoing dissatisfaction, we stop chasing happiness—not recklessly, but with a resigned sigh. We observe our thoughts and begin to reflect on our actions. Our need for external approval and fulfillment gradually diminishes. Goals no longer resonate, doors close, frustration reaches its peak—we find ourselves almost forcefully letting go of our desires and pursuits. An unexpected silence emerges. Joy seems to disappear from our lives.
Stagnation
When we seek help, our psychiatrists cannot simply reframe our fears and assign them a greater purpose. Instead, they elevate our feelings of insecurity into unhealthy anxiety, which can then be categorised as a disease. However, we have not disappeared or gone crazy—we have simply become disoriented, wandering without our familiar map. Unfortunately, today’s world shuns this sacred pause, no longer recognising it as an integral part of growth.
Recallibration
The loss of everything leads to the most significant spiritual upgrade we have ever experienced. It is a time to rest and delve into our memories. We are not here to serve the ego; rather, we are meant to integrate it into something far greater. Our psyche begins to recalibrate, shedding everything that feels fake, forced, or ego-driven—be it jobs, relationships, or ambitions. This is a time of pruning, where we find ourselves letting go of nearly everything that unknowingly does not serve this greater good. Oftentimes these clearings have great impact, leaving us feeling depressed and empty.
Transformation
This marks the actual beginning of our journey. After facing our greatest challenge, recognizing our own unawareness, we are now poised to transform self-sabotage into a powerful catalyst for growth. We are fueled by a sense of purpose; we all carry an intention and a greater mission. Whether it’s as straightforward as saving our own life today or impacting other lives over time, our commitment to this remains unwavering. We are not merely mourning; we are intentionally reclaiming our identity and striving to thrive as we redefine our existence. In order to be able to, it all begins with reframing our fundamental questions:
-
What should I do - What's quietly calling me.
- What's the plan - Where is life nudging me.
- How can I prove myself - What feels real.
- How to impress - How to express.
- I deserve - What do I offer.
Integration
It is in these restful moments we become aware. As depression begins to fade, we find ourselves enveloped in silence, adrift without direction — having emerged from one chapter of life but not yet transitioned into the next.
Yet, something beautiful begins to unfold: motivation reawakens as a gentle, soul-driven force. Beneath our initial tears, this feeling seems profoundly familiar, as if it has been calling to us all along. In these quiet interludes, we learn to embrace uncertainty. Rather than fearing the unknown, we start to see it as a canvas for possibility, a space where new ideas can take root and flourish.
Embracing uncertainty allows us to let go of rigid expectations, inviting new experiences that build resilience and creativity on our evolving journey.
