what to expect
What to expect is that we don’t predict.
We leave the pressure of performance and the matrix of quick fixes behind the door. We do not engage in a structured trajectory with predictable milestones, because a highly conditioned, complex mind cannot be intellectualized into healing or safety. We simply sit, we slow down to the rhythm of the room, and we allow what has been frozen for decades to surface in its own time. There is no agenda to fix, and no mask to maintain. We simply establish a haven where your immense depth is not an inconvenience, but the ground we work on. We move exactly as fast or as slow as your nervous system allows. Step by step, at our own pace.
Framework & Methodology
The Principle of Deceleration
Profound clinical insights and authentic psychological shifts rarely occur linearly within the confines of a single scheduled hour. Real integration demands space; it relies on a deliberate, threefold process of slowing down:
Deceleration for the Client: True transformation requires intervals of waiting in stillness, it requires a profound necessity to step away from the compulsive urge for immediate answers and clinical fixes. When the frantic pace of the mind is forced to quiet down, the nervous system finally finds the room to breathe. Only in this deliberate pause can emotional layers be properly digested, and tools genuinely integrated between encounters.
Deceleration for the Clinician: Synthesizing complex clinical data, locating the exact root cause, and filtering out psychological noise require quiet reflection long after the meeting has ended. The highest quality of this oversight takes shape not during the session, but in the stillness that follows. All clinical formulations and claircognizant insights after are thoroughly processed through rigorous internal research and projection-clearing prior to delivery. Consequently, these diagnostic interventions are not subject to debate or verification. The task of the recipient is strictly to absorb and internally process, or alternatively, to reject them.
Deceleration for the Process: This path is not merely a sequence of therapeutic interventions; it is a profound existential recalibration. The process dictates its own organic pacing and necessitates restoring the inner connection to the higher to ensure that the work remains structural, rather than superficial. It is precisely this connection that has been lost and what ultimately leaves an individual depressed and depleted. True recovery demands a gradual discovery of an individualized form of contemplation, rebuilding a sustainable source of meaning and internal nourishment. As this inner connector is carefully re-established, the deep, existential sense of isolation dissolves naturally. Complex trauma must be befriended and lived through, this cannot be forced through arbitrary, bureaucratic milestones.
Long-Term Containment
Enering this mentorship does not constitute purchasing a set number of hours; it secures access to a sustained therapeutic framework. The client retains full autonomy over the pacing of development, while this practice provides an immovable anchor.
Annual Continuum: The autonomy remains to schedule up to 36 live clinical encounters per year (online or on-site), dictated solely by the internal process.
Retrospective Oversight: Specialized clinical analysis is delivered through precise audio or written interventions, initiated as a continuation of the work during the integration periods between sessions.
Structured Communication: Intersessional correspondence is strictly regulated. This ensures the necessary quietude for integration while preserving complete professional independence. Messages are reviewed and answered from a position of focus, never as an ad-hoc reflex.
Fluid Discontinuation: Should the internal compass indicate readiness to transition into complete independence prior to the conclusion of the mentorship, the agreement may be dissolved on a monthly basis. A long-term commitment requires the client to remain engaged, regardless if support is needed.
Conversely, should the trajectory evolve into repeated intellectual discussions centered on doubt and resistance rather than active integration and learning, the cooperation will be terminated unilaterally by the clinician. Upon such termination, the unutilized portion of the monthly retainer will be refunded immediately and without further deliberation.
Practice Capacity & Clinical Allocations
Consequently, this practice does not operate on an hourly or short-term basis. Clinical guidance is structured exclusively as a long-term mentorship, requiring a minimum commitment of 1.5 to 2 years. To preserve clinical integrity, the practice strictly limits its capacity to a maximum of six retained clients and two pro-bono placements. The retained allocations are systematically reserved for two distinct clinical profiles:
- Individuals Facing Intellectual Defenses or Severe Trauma: Highly intellectualized and structurally defended individuals who consistently out-maneuver mainstream therapeutic interventions, as well as those dealing with severe childhood pain and profound trauma severity. This allocation accommodates both individuals experiencing confirmed masked giftedness and those with an uncompromising willingness to explore whether masked giftedness lies at the absolute core of their psychological blockages. These profiles exhibit complex trauma patterns that remain unreached by conventional feedback, requiring a high level of psychological synthesis and clinical communication to penetrate the intellectual facade.
- Mothers Navigating Complex Child Diagnostics: Mothers of daughters undergoing volatile diagnostic processes, acute crises, and stabilization trajectories. This work focuses on restoring the fundamental parental connection, re-establishing unconditional containment, and enforcing healthy structural boundaries. Entry into this containment requires an uncompromised willingness by the mother to transform her own historical or generational pain, executed either within this practice or through a suitable external specialist.
Retainer: € 975,- exclusive of VAT per month.
(For self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs, these expenses are generally fully deductible as professional mentorship or corporate development. For salaried professionals, financing can often be allocated through an employer’s preventative or re-integration budget.)
Upon completion of the treatment, the client is welcome to maintain contact for periodic follow-up appointments or relapse prevention sessions.
Intuitive Identification
The gates to this practice open exclusively when the psychological system is prepared to address the absolute core. A standardized intake process is not utilized. To consider entry, the following inquiries must be addressed via the contact form:
-
Previous Interventions: What therapeutic paths or clinical treatments have already been undertaken, and what were the outcomes?
-
The Core Impasse: What is the exact nature of the structural blockage or pattern currently being collided with?
-
The Alchemical Principle: Is the foundational conviction shared that true psychological transformation is fundamentally achieved through the process of deep, uncompromising grief and mourning?
-
Autonomy & Fixing: Does the intuition signal at this moment that the capacity and the willingness are present to carry the long-term responsibility for an independent integration, free from the desire for a temporary solution?
COUNSELING
Approach & Indications
At the core of grief and loss lies a profound and often overwhelming sense of inner disconnection that leaves us feeling isolated and adrift. At least one of the following factors may help to illuminate this complex and deeply felt feeling:

-
Feelings of underachievement: Stagnation, uselessness, and loneliness.
-
Abandonment issues: Having faced or currently facing involuntary loss or structural neglect.
-
Involuntary childlessness: whether dictated by circumstance, painful concession, or enforced bereavement.
-
Relationship trauma: Infidelity, secrets, and divorce.
-
Bereavement: Grief, despair, and anger.

Distress: Recurring nightmares punctuated by sudden, overwhelming waves of anguish.
-
Burnout symptoms: Heightened emotions, work-related stress, and constant fatigue.
-
Psychosomatic issues: physical illnesses or restraints significantly hindering daily activities.
-
Attachment struggles: Broken bonds and lost friendships that echo from childhood into adult life; a painful pattern of destructive relationships, shadowed by depression and panic.
-
Personality disorder exposure: Encountering high-functioning BPD or NPD throughout life via partners, parents, or caretakers.
-
Emotional dysregulation: spanning childhood and adulthood, fracturing interpersonal bonds, often leaving a wake of dissolved friendships.
Framework & Process
-
Connect: We share insights on healing, lived experiences, and personal stories. Ask anything, get well informed.
-
Map: We map out burdens, desires, and potential underlying causes.
-
Move: Fueled by a strong desire for change, we move forward together.
Guidelines & Parameters
-
Flexible appointments: Scheduled regularly on a weekly basis, or irregularly, whenever clarity and inspiration are required.
-
Intuitive pacing: Strengthening intuition ensures the correct pace; within this space, even distraction is recognized as a contribution. If the desire is simply to be heard without deep therapeutic engagement, Credere will assist in exploring better options.
-
Natural process: No accumulated clinical files or rigid, pre-set time goals; the sole focus remains well-being.
-
Non-intrusive monitoring: Growth steps, underlying progress, and potential self-sabotage are quietly monitored to safeguard the therapeutic framework.

CONCIERGE CRISIS STANDBY & HIGH-RISK POST-CARE
Immediate, intuitive availability to navigate acute emotional storms.
Approach & Indications
When a severe emotional crisis hits, immediate stability is a matter of safety and survival. These intense stress peaks break open old patterns, offering a rare window for profound transformation.
This premium concierge standby support is designed exclusively for:
-
Parents and caretakers managing acute Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) crises in daughters (e.g., severe self-harm, high-risk running away, or acute suicidal distress). Please note: Daughters cannot reach out independently; this framework is strictly to ground and support their caretakers.
-
Adults experiencing severe emotional distress caused by sudden abandonment, profound transformational processes, or acute grievances.
This service acts as a highly specialized, private alternative to traditional crisis intervention or involuntary clinical admissions. The focus is to safeguard life, hold space during the storm, and guide caretakers and clients step-by-step toward restoring safety.
Framework & Process
-
Continuous Availability: Once a trajectory is pre-arranged, standby support is active around the clock. Guided by experience and clairknowing, connection is successfully established in over 90% of acute moments.
-
Anchoring in the Storm: A crisis often endures over days, but a timely, intuitive connection provides the exact anchoring point needed to break through intense panic. This contact provides the emotional grounding required for clients to navigate the remaining waves of distress independently.
-
Prior Alignment: Because this work requires extreme energetic availability and responsibility, clients must explicitly align and register for this option in advance.
2. INTENSIVE TRAUMA NAVIGATING & EXCLUSIVE COUNSELING
A dedicated 2-month journey to learn how to process deep trauma.
Approach & Indications
Challenging times demand consistent, structured support. Following the severe shock of personal or parental trauma—such as sudden abandonment, unexpected revelations, or major life transitions—a dedicated crisis trajectory can be established. Credere provides prompt assistance to help navigate through these deep disruptions. A two-month stabilization period helps ease the initial shock, allowing for gradual adaptation and opening a true pathway to lasting recovery.
Framework & Process
-
Stabilize: Focus on easing the initial crisis impact and grounding the client during the first phase.
-
Adapt: Build psychological capacity for gradual adjustment to the new reality.
-
Recover: Transition toward a sustainable, long-term pathway to healing and recovery.
Guidelines & Parameters
-
High-Availability Support: Accessible via phone, email, or chat, which can be scheduled as needed daily between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM CET.
-
Trajectory Evaluation: After approximately two months—or sooner if aligned—the frequency of the sessions will be re-evaluated.
-
Specialized 12/7 Support: Prior alignment is required for specialized 12/7 crisis support. Custom fees will be determined upon discussion.
3. FINANCIAL TERMS, RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
Clear structures to ensure complete transparency, trust, and zero administrative friction.
Billing Model & The 'Crisis Day' Rate
-
Premium Concierge Fee: Due to the high-risk, on-demand nature of acute crisis support, services are billed at premium concierge rates (disclosed and agreed upon during the initial intake).
-
The 'No Contact' Guarantee: If no outreach occurs and no contact is established during the standby period, no fees are charged. Clients only pay for actual support delivered.
-
Crisis Day Bundling: To account for fragmented communication (such as multiple urgent text messages combined with emergency calls spread across the morning, afternoon, or evening), billing is structured via a unified Crisis Day Rate or minimum time-block. Once the standby line is activated by an outreach, all related support within that 24-hour window is bundled into that day’s direct invoice.
Settlement & Obligations
-
Direct Digital Invoicing: To keep administration light and efficient for both parties, a digital payment link is issued directly following the completion of a crisis day or counseling session.
-
The Continuity Rule: Payment is due immediately upon receipt. To maintain the highest standard of safety and focus, standby availability and future sessions are automatically paused if an invoice remains outstanding.
Rights & Right of Cancellation
-
Total Freedom of Match: A crisis trajectory requires deep energetic alignment and mutual trust. Both the client and the counselor hold the absolute right to determine if the therapeutic match is still effective.
-
Immediate Discontinuation: If either party feels a different approach or specialized therapist would be more beneficial, the trajectory can be canceled immediately by mutual agreement, with no hidden obligations or future commitments

FAMILY CONSULTATION - CRISIS
Approach & Indications
Credere believes that our current mental healthcare system victimises those who are healthy and, due to the complexities of symptoms, excludes those who are severely hurt. While medication and hospitalisation often appear to be rapid solutions, they are frequently counterproductive. Ideally, these healing journeys should be guided by parents and caregivers for meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Even masters of masking will experience some symptoms, face emotional dysregulation or depression at some point. Ignoring underlying issues or opting for quick fixes may seem easier, but it invariably exacerbates long-term challenges, resulting in lifelong struggles.
A crisis typically unfolds across these developmental milestones, with subtle signs emerging in late childhood:
- Developmental path — Age 3 and up: Exhibits remarkable wit, quick learning ability, natural leadership skills, mature responses, and deep insight into others' struggles. However, the child easily gets frustrated after initial failures and irritated by a normal developmental pace.
- Developmental path — Age 8 and up: Normal development with occasional sleep issues or unusual daily control problems with peers, manageable anxiety regarding sleepovers, friends, new teachers, and routine changes.
- Developmental path — Age 14 and up: Consistently feeling misunderstood, accompanied by continuous frustration. Experiences unnoticed, on-and-off depression, episodes of jealousy, emotional turmoil that parents cannot successfully resolve.
- Developmental path — Age 15 and up: Experiencing unconscious existential freeze and loneliness, leading to a possible academic drop-off but manages school.
- Developmental path — Age 17 and up: Struggling with complex behavioural choices, social withdrawal, and difficulty maintaining boundaries despite sufficient grades.

Framework & Process
Credere consciously offers individual and parental care to those exhibiting behaviours that lead to despair. Be prepared for:
- Blood, sweat, and tears: a rigorous, emotionally demanding therapeutic reality.
- Commitment to self-learning: Openness, perseverance, and active self-reflection are absolute requirements.
- Regular expert consultations: Consistent, high-level alignment to navigate complex family dynamics.
- Frequent setbacks: Expect non-linear progress and moments of regression during the healing process.
- Long-term personal investment: A significant investment that often yields no immediate results for one, two, or even three years.
- A new view on parental authority: Radical openness may enhance the chances of improvement by up to 70 per cent; a steadfast commitment to rectifying the fractures we have—often unwittingly—helped create.
Guidelines & Parameters
- Caregiver integration: The trajectory demands that the immediate system (parents/caregivers) actively anchors the therapeutic framework at home.
- Sustainable tracking: Monitoring focus remains entirely on long-term systemic integration rather than rapid, counterproductive stabilization.
For appointments scheduled outside of regular consultation hours standard fees apply.
CONSULTATION HOURS CONDITIONS
Approach & Indications
Credere offers introductory consultation hours strictly for methodology clarification, brief mental health care (GGZ) inquiries, or short feedback on existing advice. These sessions serve as a preliminary touchpoint for brief directional guidance.

Summarize: Please state briefly at the start of the call whether the enquiry concerns a new trajectory or a brief mental health (GGZ) question.
-
Structural analysis: Credere focuses on rapidly decrystallizing each situation to provide clear, effective guidance. Accurate, claircognizant insights may enhance the structural analysis after the initial clinical assessment.
-
Indicate during the session if a formal, paid intake is required to transition into deeper guidance.
-
Respond: Dialogue is conducted exclusively during designated hours on a live-inflow basis, with each session strictly limited to 15 minutes to ensure equal access. Calls or messages regarding active emotional distress cannot be accommodated within this framework.
Crisis Intervention Notice
-
